NVS MORGAN'S we strive to produce quality Morgan's that are selectively bred
for: versatility, athletic ability, correct conformation, cheerful dispositions,
classic Morgan type and sometimes color.
Our breeding program is in no way a matter of chance. We have chosen the best of Government/Brunk, Western Working and Lippit. From the Government/Brunk lines we glean the correct conformation, athletic ability as well as size. The Western Working lines is our best source of bone and substance not to mention tremendous athletic ability and disposition. The Lippit lines assure Morgan type.
We are not only selective about our breeding but also how we raise our Morgan's. We try to keep them in the most natural environment and add excellent health care. Our Morgan's get plenty of natural exercise, freely grazing in pasture. They develop in a herd-like environment. We chose mares that are kind and wise, that teach their foals to negotiate terrain with rocks, hills and water. They are completely socialized with other horses. This all benefits their overall physical and mental health.
This means that you will find a healthy, well bred Morgan horse that will have the ability to perform in whatever your area of interest. NVS Morgan's is located in the beautiful scenic area of Lincoln, just on the outskirts of Sacramento, California It's a natural environment for raising Morgan's with it's lush grass, rolling hills, running creek, and plenty of room to romp an play. It's year around easy climate is Morgan friendly.
